The Righteous Avenger - Of 2T9

Contrary to mine previous plans I shall be saving the best for the ~~last~~ first. So here goes nothing. Anyways. Most if not all of you might've previously heard of the infamous 2T9 build. I am now here to rectify your misconceptions you might've had about it. (The Orthodox way of 2T9's w/ Cultist's Bloodsoaked & a few other friends. We'll have none of that.)

I have previously stated that 2T9 suffers from a myriad of issues, one of them being nonboing w/ Haste Brackets (or, at the very least; the Orthodox version of it does). Hence we shall be aiming for the arguably most mad Bracket available - the zeroth one. Yes. We're aiming for Zero™ Haste. In Wrath Of The Haste King. (technically the build will have about 30 haste - all from gems - to make things more smooth but, strategy schmategy. blah.) We're here for the extraordinary after all. We're here to create art, The Orthodoxy is for boring normies, anyways.
